This Privacy Policy explains how chomchom ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with mobile applications published by chomchom (collectively, the "Apps").

We respect your privacy and aim to design our Apps to collect as little personal information as possible.

Unless an individual App specifically states otherwise, our Apps are designed to operate primarily on your device and do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to us.

By downloading or using one of our Apps, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Some chomchom Apps may allow you to create, select, save, or otherwise use content on your device.

For example, Simple Soundboard allows you to assign audio files or sound effects to buttons. These audio files remain on your device and are used by the App locally. They are not uploaded to chomchom.

Other Apps may store settings, preferences, or other content locally.

You can normally remove locally stored App data by using the Android device's App settings or by uninstalling the App, subject to the normal operation of Android and any backup facilities you may have enabled.

4. App Permissions

An App may request access to certain device features or information where that access is necessary to provide a particular feature.

For example, an App that allows you to select an audio file may require access to files or media on your device.

We aim to request only permissions that are reasonably necessary for the functionality of an App.

You can review and manage permissions through your Android device's settings. The exact permissions available will depend on the Android version and the particular App.

5. Third-Party Services

Some chomchom Apps may use third-party services to provide particular functionality.

These services may include services provided by Google or other technology providers.

Where an App uses a third-party service that collects or processes information, that service may process information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms.

• Google Play's payment and billing services

Not every chomchom App uses these services.

6. Purchases and Optional Tips

Some chomchom Apps may include an optional purchase or 99p tip feature that allows users to support the developer.

Payments are processed through Google Play's billing system.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details, bank-account details, or other payment credentials as part of these transactions.

Google may collect and process information necessary to process payments and manage your purchase in accordance with Google's own policies.

The optional tip does not unlock advertising, and our Apps do not currently contain advertising.

7. Advertising

Our Apps currently do not contain third-party advertising.

We do not display advertising networks or sell advertising space within our Apps.

If this changes for a particular App in the future, we will update the relevant privacy information before introducing advertising.

8. Analytics and Tracking

Our Apps are not designed to track your activity across other applications or websites.

We do not sell personal information or use personal information for behavioural advertising.

Some Apps may in the future use technical diagnostics, analytics, or crash-reporting services where this is necessary to maintain and improve the App.

If an individual App uses such a service and information is collected as a result, the relevant information will be disclosed for that App.

9. Children's Privacy

We recognise the importance of protecting children's privacy.

Our Apps are not intended to encourage children to provide personal information to us.

Where an App is intended for children or is likely to be used by children, we take appropriate steps to limit the collection and use of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Google Play's requirements.

Our Apps do not knowingly request children to provide personal information to us simply in order to use the basic functionality of the App.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We take reasonable measures to protect information that we process.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where an App operates entirely with information stored locally on your device, that information is subject to the security of your device and Android operating system.

We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with an appropriate screen lock or other security measures.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
